This house was a great stay, the whole group enjoyed it. We were able to all spend time together in the kitchen/garden area, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and showers are nice and powerful. Cabs to Brighton town centre, take 10/15min and cost £20 (we split it as a fiver each, helpful tip tho, pre book 1 as ubers took a while to arrive) The house is close to sea/beach with pubs and restaurants at the end of the road so plenty on the door step.

Clean and smart, only a short distance to the town centre and the beach. Surprisingly quiet given it is right next door to a pub (didn’t go in but the pub looked nice). Good value for money and everything matched what was shown in the pictures. Host very responsive and available through messages. Over 3 floors so might be an issue if you have mobility issues but perfect for us!

Perfect location in the centre of everything, comfortable and has everything you need. Basket full of games and skincare to sample was a lovely touch. We had the parking and were very kindly allowed to stay parked for several hours until our event was finished.

Lovely property, well laid out, nicely decorated. The property has an upmarket feel about it and you could imagine being happy if it was your own seaside retreat.
A quirky cottage full of character, plenty of space and great kitchen. Its just near the shops, a 5-minute walk to the beachfront, 10 mins to the white cliffs and coast path.
View of the sea out one window and garden out the other. Great breakfast. Close to the railway station for a trip into Brighton. Good road access. Seaford is a lovely, relatively quiet seaside village. Welcoming host.
