The property was beautiful, very well furnished and in easy walking distance of transport options as well as all the main attractions in the town.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped and little touches had been thought of. This even included birthday balloons for a member of our group's birthday.

Location great for cycling & walking on the island, and especially for fishing on the nearby breakwater. Just a couple of minutes' walk from the excellent community pub and post office. Views from the property, especially the window seat in the lounge, are outstanding. Fabulous views across to the Isle of Arran and an everchanging seascape depending on the weather - very conducive to relaxation. Property is spacious with a lovely large lounge area. Very quiet location and a good variety of walks from the property without having to take the car. The property owner gave very detailed information in the initial booking confirmation email and was also very quick to respond when we struggled to get the TV channels.

Ivybank Villa is in quiet location but just a very short walk into Rothesay. The room was high spec and well-maintained. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful, recommending places to visit and eat. We couldn’t have wished for more.
I have to say Lillybank Villas are in a beautiful setting, nice and quiet with a stunning view across the bay. Sophie met us and was really helpful and was on hand for any questions we had through our stay.
The room itself is lovely, tastefully furnished, with a microwave, fridge and the usual plates and cutlery.
The house and gardens are beautiful. It is centrally located, easy to find and within easy walk to the town centre.
Ideal central seafront location, spectacular views. Beautifully styled high spec interior and luxurious feel. Bespoke touches such as their own postcards.
