This property was exceptional. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Extremely clean. Excellent location with gorgeous views of the water out the living room and two bedroom windows (nice views out the other bedrooms too.) We loved watching the boats go by! Plenty of space for large families or groups as multiple bedrooms and sitting rooms. Lovely outdoor spaces with multiple doors to access the garden areas. Really nice big kitchen. Shower pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water. Beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. Host was always very responsive. Lots to see and do on the island.

This self catering property is of the highest specification and decoration. Its location overlooking the bay is ideal for accessing Rothesey and nearby points of interest. A bus stop is also closeby.
The owner was very helpful in offering recommendations of places to visit and places to eat. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

The house is very spacious and lovingly decorated. The downstairs living room and sleeping room with en-suite bathroom are bright, comfortable and relaxing and the upstairs rooms were the perfect getaway for the kids.
If you step out on the private terrace you might see some cows (certainly hear them), sheep, deers and rabbits.
On the other side, in front of the main house, we had a magnificent and breathtaking view of the Isle of Arran.

Ivybank Villa is in quiet location but just a very short walk into Rothesay. The room was high spec and well-maintained. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful, recommending places to visit and eat. We couldn’t have wished for more.
I have to say Lillybank Villas are in a beautiful setting, nice and quiet with a stunning view across the bay. Sophie met us and was really helpful and was on hand for any questions we had through our stay.
The room itself is lovely, tastefully furnished, with a microwave, fridge and the usual plates and cutlery.
The house and gardens are beautiful. It is centrally located, easy to find and within easy walk to the town centre.
