Very clean and well equipped, use of the kitchen to make drinks was really good, the host was discreet and after a really clear introduction she left me on my own. Check-in was easy and human.

Family Holiday Home With Hot Tub Sleeps 8, hotel in Newhaven

10 km from Brighton Pier in Peacehaven, Family Holiday Home With Hot Tub Sleeps 8 provides accommodation with access to a hot tub.

This house was a great stay, the whole group enjoyed it. We were able to all spend time together in the kitchen/garden area, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and showers are nice and powerful. Cabs to Brighton town centre, take 10/15min and cost £20 (we split it as a fiver each, helpful tip tho, pre book 1 as ubers took a while to arrive) The house is close to sea/beach with pubs and restaurants at the end of the road so plenty on the door step. Out of 8 of us, we don't have any bad feedback

Great little cottage, in a fantastic location. Easy to reach the country side, coast, and local towns. The village has everything you need too, including 4 pubs, and a few cafes, a well appointed village store and a few boutiques if you fancy that sort of thing.

A modern, clean property with a charming and attentive host in the scenic seaside suburb of Saltdean. Excellent routes to Brighton, the Marina, and the historical village of Rottingdean. The firepit was entertaining and unique, distinctive from the typical hotel experience. The jacuzzi was state of the art and maintained to a high standard.

You can safely leave out the word 'luxury' here. The coffee offered in the room was disappointing (two small bags of Nescafe for two nights), the toilet paper seemed to be counted and the bed was not really comfortable. Moreover, you are overloaded with a series of prohibitions and extras (paying extra if you happen to be early, etc.) which makes you feel very controlled.

Beyond clean! NIcky is an amazing host very attentive and available to answer any queries. Pictures do not do the room justice! The rooms are well decorated and luxurious. The bed was comfortable, and the linen top notch. Location is in a very nice neighbourhood and felt safe and secure as a lone traveller. Have booked again!

Luxury super king is a great room, very spacious and well equipped. We stayed overnight as it is ideally situated to get the car ferry the following morning. Close to a large variety of amenities and some great eateries. I would definitely consider staying here again when travelling on the car ferry. Lovely host.

It’s a good location, the bedroom (luxury with en suite) was very spacious, and it’s an easy walk (20 mins) into Newhaven. Nicki is a great host!
