We had a great stay on New Years Eve.
House was clean, great location and really lovely, helpful host.
We were met by host on arrival who showed us around the house.
Pub is directly opposite the house with a co-op and takeaways under a minutes walk away.
Great value for money!
My partner left his jacket and wallet at the house and the host called us and arranged for it to be sent to us quickly.
We would definitely stay again.

We used the house as a halfway meet up. Ioana, the host was so helpful and responsive from start to finish. House was stocked with milk, fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee plus toiletries. Space for 3 adults to relax, sleep well and enjoy the property. Nice size garden too for spring, summer visits. Everything clean, well looked after. Co-op next door. Lovely food in The Plough pub across the road. Really impressed and very likely to use again and explore more of the area.

This little cottage is extremely cute and cosy, real attention to design and detail.
Clean and neat, lovely shower and a comfy bed plus little touches like milk, coffee and snacks.
The owner was lovely and helpful, explained things and then left us to it.
We will certainly stay there again.
Ps the food at the local pub was excellent too.

Cottage exceeded all expectations, we stayed for my 50th birthday. Hosts met us on arrival with a pot of well appreciated tea and homemade warm muffins 😋. Fridge was very well stocked with breakfast essentials and extra goodies to help celebrate. Very relaxing environment, comfortable and cosy. The hosts have covered all our travel needs to make us feel at home. Best nights sleep I’ve experienced whilst travelling. Definitely recommend to all friends and family. We will be booking future dates, can’t wait to go back.

The rooms was very clean up to standard and very cosy. Beds was comfortable. The area was out the way tucked in a little village. The break we needed.

A beautiful place to stay with stunning views, despite the wind and rain we had a lovely Christmas here, really got to relax and enjoy this rural location that is not to far from lovely market towns like Louth and all the little villages around the Lincolnshire Wolds we thoroughly recommend this house exceptional.
