Everything that we needed was in the kitchen. Loved the inside wooden shutters for night time. twin room also had blackout blind which was great for a wee afternoon nap. Water was lovely and hot and great for the big bath provided.

The But n Ben was luxurious and had plenty of room. We had access to a ‘living room’ where you can chill out, watch tv etc which is open to other guests. Our room however was spacious, had a sofa and chairs and table, so it is best described as a suite.
The hotel itself makes you instantly relax. This is down to the staff and the warmth of the lounge and bar area, where you can sit, read, have a cuppa or something stronger.
Spotlessly clean with excellent facilities throughout and what can only be described as a haven for wildlife. It felt like a real holiday retreat where you can fully relax and unwind instantly.
Lovely location at loch-side. Peaceful environment. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always looking to improve your experience. Bed very comfortable. We had views of red deer each evening on the hill behind us. Local villages close-by including Killin were well worth a visit. Breakfast was nice.
Amazing location for exploring the area, very peaceful forest retreat. Great walks and pu s within walking distance. Excellent facilities, very smug, cosy and bright.
A very comfortable stay, we were in Cabin 14 which was so modern and well equipped! Such comfortable beds with a cosy homely yet modern feel to the rooms, everything felt so new & clean including the lovely big hot tub! Huge walk in shower was a luxury! They even had blankets and towels set out for the dogs! Two very happy puppies and happy family all round! Thank you to Richard for a lovely stay! Just what we needed!!
Craggan House was fantastic. We rented both villas for three nights with family The facilities and location where brill. Long walks from the door along the old railway lines. the villas were immaculate and very comfortable. warm and plenty of hot water. Everything you needed was provided for. Karon the property manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She even sourced an extra table so we could all (12 adults) eat together in the evenings
