Lovely, comfortable relaxing quiet place to stay. The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

The flat was warm, very comfortable and clean. It was great to have a washing machine, but there is no dryer. However, a drying rack is provided. The location is great as there is public transport very nearby to get into Brighton. The beaches and villages at this location are also lovely to visit. It is much less expensive than staying in Brighton, so it is a great value for money.

Good value for money. Mary was very accommodating and let us use the kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable and room clean.Walking distance to the village centre.
Took a while to get entry code. Amazing location and great view. Apartment spotless and well equipped but bed not that comfortable and could so with some bedside tables. Luxury treat and better value if going with another two people.
Style of room: very homely feel. Soft new carpets. Hot shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Big bed. Lovely view. Amenities: local shops, beachfront and skate park over the road. Bar has a lovely atmosphere and lots of selection. Nice towels. 5 minute drive from Worthing pier, 30minute drive to Brighton. Good location for the local station and supermarket (3 minute drive). We stayed on bonfire night weekend, and the location was very quiet and peaceful, despite the hotel being above a bar.
