Very cosy and homely and well thought out. It was especially great that there were toys for the kids. :) The purple dinosaur was a big hit!!!! I also liked that the property was well stocked and equipped with basic consumables which really helped when having kids with us.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Loved how spacious the accommodation was compared to other places we have stayed. Full size shower was a luxury, brilliant having a decent sized kitchen which was well equipped.
Location wise it's ideal for exploring the mainland and Skye, Rachael was a lovely host!
Host was so nice. We had everything we needed in this accommodation. The location was easy to find, close to Skye, and just short drive to sleepy village of Plockton.
Didn't have breakfast. However breakfast was available, contrary to your information that the restaurant was shut due to Covid. Everything was fine. As we got the last train dining room was closed for the evening 8.30pm but they said we could get a takeaway in the village and eat in our room and they would provide plates and cutlery. Room was nice and spacious and had a small table and armchairs at the window. Shower excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.
It is a cozy hotel in a wonderful location, very near to the Isle of Skye, in a small village with all the facilities. The hotel staff was at all times attentive and pleasant and we felt very comfortable. In addition, it was very convenient to have parking. We would stay there again for sure.
We really liked the location in the centre of the village. The reception and dining room staff were excellent as well as in the bar. We liked the quaint and historic building. The food was also very good with a nice variety of seafood. The staff were also very efficient at booking us an excellent taxi service to Armadale.
