It's well maintained, the heating was on when we arrived, it's clean and the owner is responsive.
I need to stay regularly in the area and this is the perfect fit for me.

Luxury hotel, perfect location. Exceeded expectations. Classy decor and luxury toiletries provided. Amazing additons such as the vapour smell released as you enter the corridors.
absolute disaster - paid over the odds to stay at the hotel to have luxury for the 3 hours from 12am to 3am - however was awoken 3 times due to the fire alarm blaring for 30 seconds each time. Terrible experience - will be demanding a refund
Right at the airport. Just walk through a tunnel in to the terminal. Couldn’t be easier ! Comfy bed. Luxurious bedding. Good air con . Spotless , spacious room
Booked a twin room but when we arrived they had no twins left so we had to share a double. Not ideal with someone who is not your partner. They knocked a few quid off the room price and told us we had an upgraded “luxury” room. The room was awful, the mattress was broken but we were too tired to ask for a move and were told the hotel was full anyways. The air con was so loud it sounded like we were on a plane. Sofitel has gone downhill and we will never stay there again.
Entrance inside the concourse of South Terminal. Very quick check in and out. Like a more luxurious and comfortable Ibis, and although the room was small it was ideal for a short overnight stay before an early flight.
