Love love love the decor. Lovely, comfortable room, just the right size. Really nice that the accommodation had a separate entrance to the pub. Easy to park the car, which can be a problem in some places, lovely village that was interesting to walk around, plus a great general store next door. Staff were lovely, restaurant good for dinner and drinks and breakfast excellent too. Made me want to move to Albury! Can't wait to return!

The garden is wonderful and we had an utterly beautiful and delicious breakfast in the garden by the river. The staff were friendly and because it was a spacial occasion they really kindly upgraded us to an executive suite which was really thoughtful of them! Dinner the evening we arrived was delicious too! Our bed was huge and really comfy, and the shower was luxurious, and the roll top bath was an absolute bonus! We liked it so much we stayed for the morning and worked from the bar.

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic spectacular garden. Absolutely marvellous. A former private mansion, with incredible garden structures and mature plants as well as a brilliant long border. As a professional gardener myself, I appreciated it fully.

The position of Acacia Villas was exactly what I needed, a few minutes walk from town. Good if you are going to the theatre or club in center.. The host explained everything clearly. The room was well fitted for a small stay. I liked the small settee which was a comfy rest from my journey. The place is by a main road, but really not that noisy. A lot better than staying in a hotel under the flight path of Heathrow! Lol.

Sue - the owner of this beautifully decorated and lovely B&B - at Acacia Villas was such an excellent host. She made me feel very welcomed and went above and beyond to help me to make it to my destination the next day. The room was very clean, warm, very comfortable, and centrally located only a 15 minute walk from Guildford Train Station. Sue went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guildford. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I stayed at Acacia Villas Guest House for the second time both stays have been amazing. Sue was so lovely and went out of her way to help me when I lost my phone in London. Beautiful house and the town is gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back. The House is a short walk from town, pretty central location.
