Due to the weather being so awful, we probably spent more time than usual in the accommodation, which really was luxury. Will have to visit again to explore the local area😊 We appreciated the information provided on arrival and visited a number of places mentioned in the folder. Extremely comfortable and spacious, with little touches that made it so much more welcoming.

Absolutely fabulous property and amazing hosts. We have stayed at this property for a number of weeks and have had an exceptional experience. The property has been extremely clean and facilities available have been good. Sarah has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, nothing is a problem to her. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

It was a beautiful property and had everything inside you could possibly need. It was very private and secluded but easy to find and we fell in love with it straight away.
The hosts have thought of everything and their personal touch throughout adds a touch of class and elegance.
The fresh milk for my morning coffee was an added bonus.
The property is not far from Melton Mowbray itself so we spent the day here doing a treasure hunt, a little shopping and enjoyed an amazing evening meal.

we took account for the busy times so breakfast we got in early however, there was obviously a coach of OAP due to go out so breakfast was busier than anticipated. So there a lack of available items like no eggs, had to wait for things to keep coming out, I was working so i didnt have the luxury of time. So i felt that i didnt think £12.50 for breakfast was money well spent as i could'nt wait for available items.
One of our favourites. Every team member that you will interact with from morning to night are so friendly, polite and very much focused on making your stay special. The rooms are spacious and the facilities such as the gym, spa, pool clean, tidy and luxurious.
Both bars have a great friendly atmosphere with a good selection of wine and beer.
Lovely staff. Large room, everything worked, very comfy bed. Quiet location with pleasant 15 min walk to local village (with very nice pub). Nice evening meal and breakfast. Good sauna, jacuzzi and pool (when it works)
Loved the rural location and village. Some nice room touches, like robes + good selection of teas, and fresh milk. The bed was super comfortable and the power shower very efficient. Lorraine, the owner, is friendly and helpful. General ambience in bar and dining areas is very good; the food and service excellent. After feeling some uncertainty on arrival we left with every intention of returning.
Really quaint and quirky typical English rural red-brick country village and the upstairs flat matches with low beamed ceilings and real sense of history.
This was an ideal property for our overnight stay. The Coach House was in a small, quiet village with the lovely village pub just a couple of doors down. The property was well equipped. Choice of a breakfast hamper or a cooked breakfast in the host’s conservatory. We went for the cooked breakfast which was delicious & it was lovely to chat to the hosts & the other guests . Would definitely return
Hosts, Emma and Rob, were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our welcome basket was extremely generous and thoughtfully done. It was a relaxing, rural retreat, just what we were looking for. Very central to seeing interesting places in the surrounding area.
The accommodation was beautifully presented and every necessity was provided for. Comfortable and cosy. We would certainly recommend a stay here. thank you, Emma & Rob
