The house is lovely, clean and well looked after. The only let down was the area was quite loud as there’s a pub opposite and a bar at the end of the street. We had young children with us and it was fairly noisy at night to get them to sleep. The hot tub also turned an odd colour and the jets stopped working on one side so we didn’t feel safe using it. I contacted the number given but nobody came back to me so felt like we didn’t really get enough time with it’s in use as we couldn’t use it for half the trip. I eventually got an email which stated that sometimes these things happen with hot tubs when something goes in it that doesn’t agree with it?? Not sure what that actually meant but it’s fine. We enjoyed the rest of the house. The stairs were treacherous and I would not recommend for anyone who has mobility issues or young children.

We were a group of 7 adults, so 3 ensuites and an additional downstairs bathroom for the lounge, which we used as a bedroom, was ideal. Comfortable beds and good showers with plenty of hot water.
The large table in the kitchen was a fabulous socialising place. Really well equipped, and spotlessly clean.

Pets are allowed although we did not have one.
All the bedrooms were as described and had a kitchen which was well equipped.
All utility items were there except a washing machine.

Pearl House is situated at a great location close to the sea. It's a great place to retreat and spent time with family. The home itself is equipped with everything that you need, including Netflix (login to your own account). Our dog was welcome and I noticed a high chair for children too. We'll certainly come back.
It was a lovely lodge, much bigger than it looks in the photos!!
Everything that was needed is available in the property,including smart TV & plenty of towels.
Very quite to say its next door to a holiday park.
Burger vans, chippy, Chinese, 2 arcades, petrol station , 2 small supermarkets and 2 pubs all within a few minutes walk.
Beach also close by.
5/10minute drive (or bus stop nearby) to all bigger villages/towns including lowestoft & gt Yarmouth
The property is very well equipped and homely. Showers both worked very well, beautiful kitchen. Good communication with hosts .
Bed linen and pillows were so soft and felt luxurious. Very nice homely touches from the host. Excellent location
The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautiful furnished…modern and relaxed. We loved it ! The use is space was brilliant…5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room. There was lots of free parking. The view of the Pavillon Theatre opposite is spectacular, so pretty at night. The owners stayed in touch and were easy to contact. I would highly recommended renting a beach hut at Gorleston, we hired ‘Bettie’, ‘Bertie’ is also available…they are very luxurious and have everything you need for a day out…brilliant !
The property was decorated lovely and very modern! it is also located in a really good part of Gorleston-on-Sea especially walking to the beach! A Hot tub in the property is an added luxury which did sway us, and tv’s in each room is also great! The size of the bathrooms was really surprising and having baths was lovely too! The sofa pulling out to a sofa bed made lounging around much more comfy ..
