Quiet location and close to the City. Shame weather was so awful as would have liked to walk to City along path but too wet.

Booked as a birthday surprise. Had a wonderful stay can't fault it! The host was lovely and very helpful, we even asked to stay longer at the last minute and the host arranged. Hot tub was lovely and private, other guests were staying but everyone had ebough privacy. Will definitely be coming back !

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Rooms clean and nicely decorated, good size for a twin. Near a main road but in a sleepy Lincolnshire village, so hardly any traffic. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied, sofa in the room etc all very good.
Breakfast was fantastic for choice and good quality.
Peaceful location, warm rooms, luxurious linen and towels.
Uniquely decorated rooms, lovely touch with refrigerator containing milk, juice and water.
Very friendly owners who offered good accommodation at a great price. The farm is only a 3 or 4 minute walk into the village. The village has a friendly pub that does food. If you are there Friday evening or Saturday lunchtime, there is a lovely chip shop in the village and is one of a couple still powered by coal. The bed was nice and comfortable and the breakfast was great.
the home from home feel. Lovely house with use of private luxury bathroom. Bedroom was set to the back of the house which was nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed.
Lovely little village inn with food, gardens and 6 new chalets.
Room was large with twin beds and big ensuite shower room.
Bed was comfortable and cleaned each day.
TV was quite far from beds.
Coffee and tea available.
Breakfast is only an option when you arrive. Food served daily with Sunday roasts as well.
Good secure parking get there early though.
A wonderful, off the beaten track, characterful farm stay. A most welcoming host with many stories of the farm and the area to share. Surrounded by the many farmyard creatures including the infamous sheep, ronnie and reggie! Amazing breakfast with home baked bread, jams made by the ladies from the local village, freshly laid eggs and an extremely generous, freshly prepared full English. Beautiful countryside and very comfortable room.
In the country, on a farm or small holiding, surrounded by fields. Good quality TV, large room, well equipped. Lots of art on the walls including Beryl Cook in the loo. A very individual place, welcoming and good breakfast. Homemadebread, also jams, marmalades and spreads. Expect to get a wake up call at early light as the various poultry like to announce a new day. There's a pub down the road. A possible retreat from which to explore the area.
The whole experience from walking through the farm gate to eating the most fabulous breakfast , being amongst all the animals and the comfort of a luxury room. The hosts Hugh and Marion are so sincere and genuine making your stay so enjoyable. X
Located in a lovely village with the accommodation in a separate annexe from the inn. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have comfortable beds. Breakfast is available and there is an additional charge for this with 3 options to choose from and I can recommend the English Breakfast option.
