Stayed for 1 month when in between house purchase. Great house in which we felt at home very quickly. Facilities are very good for an extended stay. Great access to all of North Camp's quirky shops especially the Big Fry chippy. Very peaceful place to stay.

Very easy to access and leave the key at the start and end of the stay,
The location was perfect for me as I was spending time with a friend in Ash. The beds were extremely comfortable (and I'm very particular) and there were plenty of towels/crockery/cutlery/books. Teabags and instant coffee were also supplied, and there was a good big dining table to work at if needed.
The decor also was lovely (colours, wall-art, furniture, lots of plants) so it was very cosy and welcoming; a real home from home.
The host had also left a lovely mini-bottle of prosecco, a chocolate bar and a card to welcome us - very thoughtful.

We picked this property for its location - close to forests, parks, play areas and of course Coral Reef - so we had plenty of options for entertaining our 4yo boys. It proved to be the perfect spot. California Country Park is only a minute's drive, the swimming pool and Lookout Discovery Centre just a little further but worth it every time. The house itself was spotless, warm and comfy, with ample parking for several cars if needed. We mostly catered for ourselves but did pay a visit to the chippy across the road (on the list of recommendations) and found it really good. Thanks Freddie!

This house was very very welcoming and super cosy it was so nice to be able to sit together with family and relax after a very busy day walking round London rather than being in separate rooms in a hotel we all had a fantastic night sleep to recuperate before heading to Lapland UK in the morning

It's around an hour outside of central London it's a really quiet area we didn't hear a single thing
There's a large table situated in the front room which was perfect to sit at and eat all together
There's ample seating in the back room to huddle round and watch a movie on the TV to wind down and if you want and weather permitting there's plenty of outdoor seating and even a hot tub to enjoy

As you would expect with a village hotel, comfort, great leisure facilities and excellent bar & restaurant. The room was fantastic, comfortable bed, nice big walk in shower. The bar had a big selection of food and drinks to enjoy in the outside seating area with ample space.
Perfect location, was close to the Fleet village, such a grand building, found the history fascinating. The grounds are vast and delightful to explore. Our overall experience was perfect, the room was a good size and it was only a short distance to the main house. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.
The hotel is so different to other hotels we have stayed in . Its design is superb and I like the central plane engine shaped balcony with the luxury seating areas based around it .The hotel has superb staff that are always very polite and helpful. And the three restaurants all serve delicious food!
The apartment was just amazing… absolutely as described and actuaully even better….. and was luxury… it was just brilliant.

The apartment was lovingly furnished and had spacious rooms. Nice luxury velvet curtains. Was spotlessly clean. Host was helpful in sorting out the key initially when I first arrived. Host is in Indian Restaurant next to entrance.
Amazing luxury hotel set in beautiful landscaped grounds. Very old building steeped in history including Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. Stayed in the old stables which are modern rooms with everything you could want. Lovely restaurant set inside a conservatory and wonderful bar, albeit a bit small with limited seating areas.
