Beautiful house, perfect and plenty of room for 11 family members attending a wedding nearby. Added toiletries was a lovely gesture as was the chocolate cake as a welcome gift. Lovely seating area outdoor, shame it rained during our stay

The cottage was so clean and pretty. One of the best I’ve stayed in. The little extra touches like butter, milk, bread, coffee made such a difference. We even had a bottle of fizz.
This was a surprise getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday in Burford and it was wonderful. Thank you.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
This is an unusual gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, with excellent staff and service. The curry I had for dinner was one of the best I have had. The location was ideal for me as visiting relatives near by, and in the middle of Oxfordshire with fabulous countryside around. We went for a walk and once clear of the main road found a walk through a picture perfect English village and field of wheat ready to harvest.
The rooms were luxurious and very well appointed, air conditioning ,smart tv , wonderful comfortable bed and a stunning en-suite.
The restaurant is Indian and Pan Asian inspired, the Indian meal we had was honestly the best Indian meal we’ve ever had and to top it off there was a choice of English breakfast or traditional Indian breakfast 😊 we had the Indian breakfast and again it was amazing 🤩
Breakfast was very good. Yoghurt would have been nice as well. Comfy bed. Lovely little village, close to several natural attractions. Good walk in shower but a proper shelf is needed in the bathroom instead of that plastic surround.
It was exceptional. The room was large and luxurious with great quality coffees teas and toiletries. Dinner was wonderful and freshly made croissants for brekky was such a treat in addition to the rest of the menu. The staff were helpful and fun.
Good location close to the village. We stayed in a twin room, it was very comfy and clean. Good breakfast the next day and seemed pretty good value for money.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Trout. Rooms are very cosy and food was just exceptional. Breakfasts are excellent and there’s plenty to choose from. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet and cosy stay with great food. Also a plus that it’s only short distance away from all the prettiest Cotswolds villages
