We loved the location, very easy to take the bus everywhere from here, very easy to walk by the Sea. The apartment was lovely and quiet, very well appointed. Richard gave us a friendly warm welcome and lots of great insider info about what to see during our visit. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for a longer time!

Lovely, comfortable relaxing quiet place to stay. The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

Fantastic location on quiet side street of Hove, near Brighton border. So much to walk to and explore, and diverse set of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable main bedroom on top floor and nice to hang out on mid level to watch streaming TV. Kitchen was reasonably equipped and pleasant dining table. Water was so close, and buses everywhere nearby on Western Road

We had a great 5-night stay at The Coach House. The property is clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The living room is particularly amazing, with a cosy atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The location is ideal, with the beach and pier within walking distance.
