It was spacious it had good amenities and has good links to central London, also a shopping centre across the road with winter wonderland operating and one stop to Hamstead.

The room was great. Breakfast had a variety of choices - very filling and a lot to chose from.
A little disappointing as we wanted to book extra nights, but we had to log back online and rebook everything again.
We tried to explain that we have the Village reward app to get a discount but the reception staff dismissed this and would not allow us to book through the hotel.
The gym was really good and easily accessible- at an extra cost.
Overall great stay.
I've stayed twice, the staff have always been excellent. All really friendly and do as much as possible to make you feel comfortable. I've stayed at other Village hotels and whilst they are always good this hotel is a step above for customer service
Friendly staff. Upgraded to a beautiful room. The 16th century tudor mansion is very grand and decorated nicely. Laura Ashley everything in our room. The surrounding grounds are lovely. The view from our room was stunning.
