The staff were friendly and helpful, nice and down to earth. Booking the larger downstairs suite is advisable and great value for money. There is a brilliant friendly bar just a 5-minute drive into Swatra village and both the bar and the country house will be more than happy to get you transportation there and back, live music great food and the craic was good.
Great quiet location in the countryside with a beautiful and expansive garden to get lost in. Breakfast was delicious with a great amount of choice and all cooked to perfection. The room was very comfortable and the shower luxurious. We felt very well cared for by Angela and loved every aspect of our visit from arrival to departure.
