It was really lovely accommodation. Whilst storm Bert was raging, we were snuggly and warm and felt hidden away from the rest of the world. Although we were in someone’s garden, the blinds gave us privacy and the skylight was nice for watching the clouds roll by.
We arrived really late at night and the host helped us out in our slightly tiddly state. (we’d been to a wedding).
We wanted a day to relax before flying to Dublin and this was the perfect hidey hole to do it. We watched films in bed and chilled.

The Contented Cottage was a little gem ; so cosy & comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor was very tasteful, the beds extremely comfortable & the location was perfect; close to all the amenities including supermarket, pub, restaurants, the london underground station, a children's playground and the woods just 20metres away. During our stay, the owner was available instantly if we needed any advise or help. Our whole experience was superb; a luxurious home from home.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the barn. It is truly beautiful and in a lovely secluded location.
The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is incredible. The hot tub was lovely and warm, especially on a cold day.
There is everything you could need while on a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped as are all the rooms. The table was beautifully laid and made it perfect for a romantic meal! The host was amazing, she gave clear instructions on how to find the barn and was on hand with messages to check that we were all set for our visit. First class service all around

My family visited me for five days, and I accommodated them in this wonderful 3-bedroom apartment. Great location, accommodation was excellent, very clean smartly furnished.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
Bed was very comfy and clean. Hotel was very big and had lots of workshops and rooms you could do (if they had spaces left, as we booked last minute there was no space left). Handy location to get into north london for a concert we went to. Lovely grounds, fresh produce and farm animals to see around the grounds. I would return with friends and plan ahead to do workshops in the future. If some parts were renovated a bit it could be a much more luxurious feeling place.
