Everything! This property was brilliant for our family get together, the furnishings are top quality with super comfortable beds and luxurious bedding and towels - even supplied for the hot tub!
The kitchen was well equipped, no shortage of crockery or utensils and even bacon and eggs in the fridge for our first morning.
The host, Paul, was very engaging and respectful letting us know before hand that he was calling by to check the hot tubs levels.
Such a relaxing stay - I would highly recommend this property.

When we booked the Barn we thought it was to good to be true, when we arrived we instantly relaxed as it was absolutely perfect! We were greeted by Louise with fresh home baked cakes and milk which was a lovely surprise. The Barn was presented beautifully and had absolutely everything we could have needed for our night away. The whole experience and place was beautiful. We brought so many things especially for serving our dinner but they already had everything. Every detail was thought of beforehand. Ice buckets, silverware, plates, lighters for candles, they even had games. The only things you really need to bring are balloons, a cake, your clothes and some food drinks all the little extras, they have already taken care of. The bedrooms are beautiful classic and such comfortable beds - everyone loved them. The grounds were beautiful, the view was stunning. We are a British-African family of 16 and had the most wonderful 30th birthday - nothing beats a birthday surrounded by family in such a beautiful place

Our stay at Manor House was a magical experience. The hotel truly feels like you’ve gone back in time, living in a traditional British house. The interior is stunning, and the food is amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our two-day stay even more enjoyable. And to top it all off, the village surrounding the hotel is absolutely charming.

It was the best decision to stay at The Old Library! The apartment had an individual pretty style. We had all what we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the living room was cosy, bathroom was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was perfect and much better than we expected. Rowena was extremly helpful, kind and friendly. The village was short walk away. I can highly recommend it!
Very nice, beautiful place. Surrounded by nature. The peacocks are the stars. Rowena is very nice, she even dropped us at the village bus stop. You can see the sky while sleeping from the rooftop bedroom. I felt peaceful and happy. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything Rowena.
Amazing retreat, stunning gardens, all in the picturesque Castle Combe village. The entire property will sweep you off your feet! Amazing history, great attention to details and an overall atmosphere like in a fairytales.
We were accommodated in one if the Mews Cottages and it was just charming!
The hotel is in the centre of Castle Combe, a beautiful village with quaint stone cottages, stream, butter cross and all set in gorgeous country side for walking. It was cosy, staff were very friendly and the room was very comfy with the most luxurious bed. The breakfasts were delicious.
