Remote staff member was really helpful and friendly. Instructions for entering the property were made very clear with a PDF document and messages on WhatsApp.
The kitchen space was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The blackout blinds made it very easy to sleep. The TV also having access to streaming services, and YouTube was also really appreciated.

We had a fantastic weekend at the cottage, the location is perfect and is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed in, everything you could want is here and lots of extra little touches from the owner were delightful, thank you Simon. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, living room warm and cozy, all the walks around the area right on your doorstep and excellent pub next door, what more could you want? We love rural stays, the drive down to the property was so pretty and the rustic decor and furnishings was very classy. Dog friendly and took my Labrador puppy, staff was very friendly and food was lovely on the evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay again, was very welcomed. Incredible Guest house in a village only a mile and a half from Burnley. The interior is gorgeous, sympathetically furnished to the historic origins of the building. It is almost a destination in itself! Plus there is a lovely walk up to the reservoir from the door, and plenty of places to eat a short drive away. The hosts were perfect, the breakfast delicious and the china bone! What more could you ask for except a goal.
We loved the historic home and everything about our stay was perfect . The history of the small village was amazing. Our hosts David and Mark’s attention to detail was impeccable and they looked after us in every respect like we were family.
The hotel itself is lovely. The Boland Suite is stunning & restaurant and bar are very modern looking. But the promo literature oversells the spa experience. There are far better spa hotels in the North West. Solely as a hotel however, it is modern and luxurious. The staff are excellent.
Breakfast was lovely they even offer breakfast for your dog if you take one with you.
The room was as expected and comfy. The en suite was great lovely big shower and Temple Spa toiletries.. wasn’t expecting that and you can buy them.
TheHotel is in a lovely village.
