We stayed here as we were visiting family in this village. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, with nice fresh linen, clean spacious rooms, and a good room temperature. If you need a place to stay in this village then don't overlook the black dog!
Village hotel is a stunning setting with only half renovation throughout the building, unfortunately me and my partner was allocated a room in the oldest part of the hotel featuring out of date furniture including mould on the seal of the bath 😡

The location and layout of the Last Drop Village were excellent ,there was Live entertainment in the penny farthing in the evening. The food and service in the main restaurant was first class. Overall this was an Excellent choice
