Extremely comfortable house and lovely because it’s someone’s home most of the time. Lesley is a very thoughtful host, leaving croissants, butter, milk for guests’ use.
The garden is also a wonderful place to sit and relax.

The caravan was lovely! Very tidy, plenty of extras that we didn’t expect like cooking utensils, puzzles, lots of books etc. which really made it feel more homey. The facilities were very easy to use, and having a self-check in/check out with the lockbox made the stay very convenient.
I left something in the caravan by accident when leaving and the hosts were really accommodating when it came to collecting it. They were very communicative and were quick at responding when I had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

A very deceptive property which you can't properly appreciate until you are in it. Pretty much everything was of a really good standard. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Toilets on the ground floor and first floor was very convenient. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. and having a dishwasher is always a good thing when you don't want to spend time away stood at a sink.

Lots of space and light in lounge/kitchen area though, as with all caravans, the bedrooms were more cramped.
It was lovely to be so close to nature, to see the sun on the lake and hear the birds.

Fabulous location, right on the beach with easily accesible walks. The property is very clean, with a large, luxury bathroom, and the service is impeccable. The best part is the view from the terrace - perfect for sitting in the evening and sipping wine. It's lovely waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves.
Almost on the waterfront, with direct line of sight to the channel - we loved the sea breeze.
The property was faultless, all new 'everything' and very tastefully designed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was the perfect balance of luxury ending a long day of touristing with kids.
A modern day Faulty Towers which met my expectations exactly. This is not an upmarket luxury establishment but a substitute for a Premier Inn. Good staff. I took the 'French Room' which was a good size with amusing furnishing. There was probably the best example of using plastic wood I have seen for a long time. The room was just the right side of shabby chic. Good dinner and breakfast menu. Excellent steak pie. Big garden for the summer although limited parking. Cheerful staff. There was a helpful Sybil and Basil made an appearance.
Lovely warm welcome from Donna from the very minute we arrived. Great communication prior to arriving to the B&B.
The coast house location only short walk from the beach front, set in charming little Village. The B&B had a nice cosy feeling, just like been at home 😁decor had a lovely country feel. We enjoyed hydro pool facilities. Watching squirrels fed in pretty garden during breakfast. Breakfast was deliciousness!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, had decent kitchen facilities, free wifi, and a large screen TV with Netflix, which was a bonus! The decor was quite dark and somewhat peculiar but you got used to it! Located not too far from a few shops and takeaways and wasn't that far from the beachfront. There was also a place to park your car, which was free and convenient.
A gorgeous retreat space with a luxurious feel. Small details and comfort make this one of the most favourite places I’ve stayed, Absolutely beautiful.
