Nice cottage in a great location, it had everything we needed for a short stay. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, the kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of bedding available for the sofa bed in the lounge. Sofa bed was a good size. Parking available right next to the cottage and instructions on how to find it were accurate and easy to follow, it is accessed via a single track road but that wasn't a problem.
Boasting garden views, Bi-Folds/Sonos/Large Open Plan/Central/Parking features accommodation with a patio, around 27 km from Ashton Court.

The house was really close to Cheddar and we were able to do the caves and gorge walk without driving which made the whole experience a lot simpler. The house was beautiful and the folding doors onto the garden were stunning when opened. Everything was easy to find and use. The information provided by the host was really helpful about the local area.
The Winford Retreat offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 8.8 km of Ashton Court and 11 km of Bristol Temple Meads Station.

Such a gorgeous place - the shephards hut was warm and cosy and beautifully decorated. The garden was very private and there were lots of lovely walks and pubs nearby. The bed was super comfy too. We had a wonderful time! X

We liked being upgraded to a larger room than the one advertises on Booking.com. Also the property was located within a five minute walk of the town, and opposite the sea front which was ideal for us. Also, we had off road parking.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
A lovely old pub in an out of the way village. Perfect one night stay for a reunion of 3 old mates. Our 3 bedrooms were clean, modern, with good bathrooms and views across the stream.
Good pub grub and full English breakfast.
Excellent value for money. Great mine host.
Lively locals pub in the evening.
Good value accommodation. Bed was comfy, room spacious and had a great view overlooking a field of sheep, lambs and pheasants. Dog friendly. The food was excellent. Served a good pint of real ales. Lovely village and easily accessible to Cheddar Gorge, Blagdon and Wells.
Beautiful location in North Somerset Mendip Hills. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and idyllic villages. Friendly locals, good home cooked food and comfy beds. What more do you want? It is also close to the Bristol airport so its really convenient.
Friendly welcome from the get go and super location from which we could head to the airport in the morning. Loved sitting in the outside tables and soaking up village atmosphere. The morning chef even made my breakfast into a smiley face!
The location was in an idyllic village with a stream running by. There were plenty of people enjoying their drinks outside when we arrived, which showed it was a popular place. The barman worked so hard (as I'm sure did people we didn't see). The pizzas were delicious. The breakfast was self-service. The coffee was not brilliant but the owner tried his best to bring us everything we wanted. Everything else was fine.
A great find in a remarkable location, this is a beautiful old village pub with rooms. Friendly and efficient hosts, and a well appointed room with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. Warm on a chilly night with extra fluffy blankets too. Very good evening meal with a decent range of beers and ciders, and a lovely cooked breakfast to start the following day. A really pleasurable stay.
Comfortable, warm and a great location for sightseeing the area. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable bed and quirky design of the building. Great views from the area and lovely village.
Just needs some tlc and attention to detail.
