The property was so great and the location is quite which is exactly what we needed after a busy day at comicon.
Loved that there was coffee tea and Sugar available on arrival. The kitchen also had plenty of dishes cups glasses and cutlery. Loved that there was a can opener. We didn't need to use the stove but there were plenty of pots and pans if we needed and trays for the oven.
The beds were comfortable and loved that there were extra pillows for comfort.
Big win on the bath towels being the sheets and nice and soft. The hand wash was a lovely touch and there were plenty of toilet roll as well.
Will stay again when we come up next time and have shared with friends and family looking to visit the city.

we booked here for the night to go take a tour around the lfc stadium, when we arrived it was easy access using the key safety code communication was brilliant for the owner who contacted me and exolained everything, on entering everything was spotless clean. 3 large double bedrooms with comfortable beds, the bedding was spotless clean. in the living area had a large comfortable corner sofa with a tv on the wall. the Property had internet which was good for thr children at night. large kitchen with all your basics that you need. heating system which was very good as it did then chilly.
upstairs was a large family bathroom with a walk in shower room, had clean towels. (plenty of toliet roll 👌) all in all this was a lovely house that they have made very comfortable for people's stay. if we ever go back to Liverpool here is where I will book. my children loved being here they didn't want to leave. so all round everyone was happy.

I was doing a set of intensive driving lessons in the area and stayed at Upton Village Guesthouse. Phil was a great host and even allowed me to check in an hour earlier than initially planned. Totally recommend!

The hosts were lovely and welcoming, which I feel is always the most important thing for making a good impression. The rooms were spotless and full of character. We felt we were on a retreat when staying here and very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also faultless and there was plenty of spacious parking.

I travel for business all over the UK and this is a little gem ! Phil stayed in touch with me throughout the day to make sure that he could check me in to the room and show me the facilities.
Nice extras like bottled water and juice in my room, the room and bathroom both spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed, I slept really well.
Very convenient location for me and everything I needed in the village, great restaurants too.
Beautiful home with immaculate rooms. Beds are very comfy and en suite even had proper hand wash, shower gel etc not the generic miniatures. Hosts are on hand with advice/information you need. Upton village guest house is located minutes from motorway/ports and a selection of shops/eating places/bars are a few minutes walk away. Anyone visiting the area needs to stay here. We will certainly book in the next time we are over.
Lovely house just 2 minutes walk to Upton village , very friendly easy going host , the room was spotless with TV , good tea/coffee making , buscuits and water , the bed was awesome and so comfy i slept like a baby , shower room was modern and very clean , i went for a meal at the pub down the road at night and was great , if im ever staying over on the Wirral again i will be staying here without a doubt .
