The location was spot on - super close to both the Old Town and the new town centre, which made it so easy to get around and explore. The place was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

The hotel is very well furbished and is a luxurious place to stay.
The room was small but decorated to a high standard providing windows that could be opened and a view to the sea. The power shower was superb! Breakfast was the highlight. Everything was available and the service provided by the catering team was magnificent. I like to refer to hotels like this as places for sensible grown ups!
The whole building was clean and beautifully decorated and our room was stunning and the set up was superb. We had a fridge with beer, milk and water. There was an option for making instant coffee or pod machine coffee. The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked. The staff were lovely and so considerate

The owner Lucia took so much pride in hosting us and we were very welcomed and made to feel comfortable.
The room we had (no5) yes was the more expensive out of the rooms but was worth every single penny. Beautiful room layout, spacious, all the comforts provided, even fresh milk in the fridge with two chocolate bars.
The bathroom, wow was beautiful…. We wanted a bath and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely jacuzzi style bath and also had a lovely sized walk in shower.

The Bungalow was very cosy warm and comfortable and the location was amazing very close to the beachfront and close to the Bexhill Town centre every thing literally 5 mins walk away so very convenient it was very clean and spacious the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great for dining. . Will definitely be back when the weather gets warmer.
My stay at this guest house was nothing short of exceptional. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, the room impeccably clean with a luxuriously comfy bed, and the breakfast a delightful culinary experience. It felt like a 5-star hotel with the personal touch of a welcoming home. Highly recommended!
Nicely located for exploring the town and beachfront and close to the De La Warr Pavilion for performances and arts. Comfy room and a breakfast menu to suit all requirements. Railway station close by with excellent links to London.
Location was central to town. Easy walking to beachfront, restaurants and pubs. Owner provides 10 percent discount at a number of eateries. The price was right.
The room was wonderful and everything beautifully appointed. All the fixtures and fittings were very tasteful. A luxury boutique feel. Lovely and clean too.
The breakfast offering was varied and also had a luxurious feel. More importantly it was beautifully cooked. Service great.
