Late review, but you won't regret your stay!
Everything! The hosts couldn't do enough! The house is beautiful (better than mine) the bath was lush and needed after a long day. Beds were comfy and the little hamper left was lovely, my kids ate the lot! House was warm when we arrived in December 2024, with the fire on the TV plus a tree. My family know know where to stay and we will definitely be back!

The bungalow was amazing, as soon as we entered you could see & feel how clean and fresh it was.
Kitchen was well equipped if you fancy doing a spot of cooking, bathroom had some nice little extras like soap, shower gels and travel toothbrushes. The addition of a bowl of chocolates was a nice welcoming touch.

No breakfast it was a whole house rental. Cawthorne is a lovely village and house was well positioned. House was extremely well fitted out and was beautiful inside. All three en-suite bedrooms were very well done and extremely comfortable, and the downstairs was perfect for what we wanted.
Lovely old mansion house in scenic surroundings of the North Peaks. Room had lovely view .
The breakfast was wholesome and tasty. Served with a smile.

The cottage was perfect for us, it was lovely and clean and comfortable with all the required amenities. The location was good for us as we had easy access into Barnsley. The village was in walking distance and there was a nice country walk for the dogs which lead into a cricket meadow.
The apartment was fabulous, so luxurious.
Very welcoming. Very central. The added little touch was the milk and cold drinks left in the fridge as a welcome . Amazing
For the room price we did not expect luxury and also Yorkshire is not NY, Paris or London. The room and the hotel fitted the purpose: clean, comfortable, friendly and close to the Sculpture Park, not expensive
