Absolutely loved the "static home", it was well decorated and comfy with a nice relaxing atmosphere! We came for 2 nights for my graduation and it's in a good location, easy to find and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre! Lots of information about local amenities and helpful communication from the owners! Loved it and wish we had stayed longer!

Oh my goodness, where to start? First off, the hosts were on top of the booking right away, sending detailed instructions on how to find the place. And very proactive when we had any questions during our stay as well. The kitchen worked well, and the hosts had graciously provided groceries such as bread, milk, butter, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. The whole place was clean as a whistle. The property on which Wisteria Lodge is situated is quite large, part of an old manor, and it was fascinating to wander the gardens and imagine life here years ago. It was lovely to sit out and listen to the birds all around. It was very quiet and secluded. The internet was sufficient - a few lags here and there but never an issue. Did notice that there was weak to no cell phone signal in the house with the EE network our SIM card used, but that didn't trouble us either. The lodge has been thoroughly renovated, and was much larger than we had expected. The shower was lovely.

The location was perfect, peace and quiet with wonderful views around it. The pod was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Cosy feeling all round. The decking was lovely overlooking the pond with the fire pit. Great value. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing break.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Happy to help accommodate dietary requirements, I need to be gluten and dairy free. Peaceful location, lovely views and walks along the coast or around the village and inland.
The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived quite late and they called me to check that we were coming and were very reassuring.
The room was spotless, the bathroom was great and it was luxury to have a bath instead of just a shower.
The breakfast menu was excellent, a very large choice of breakfasts and very generous.
Check out time was 11am, which gave a more relaxed departure.
Super small hotel in a very quiet location. Off the beaten track a few miles from the M6 overlooking the estuary and next to a golf course. The village is neat and well kept with plenty of walking areas, especially the beach. Food was good in the restaurant, staff are excellent and very accommodating, rooms are good (excellent shower).
Superb property right by the sea. We loved the location, decor, attention to detail regarding luxurious comfort and well-equipped kitchen and outside seating. The owners were very helpful owners and the neighbours equally so with local knowledge.
I liked that you got what you pay for, don't be expecting 5 star luxury for under £55 per night. The hotel is upfront about the noise you can hear from the club, the main road and other hotel users so we knew to expect it but it wasn't as loud as we thought and we actually got a decent nights sleep. The receptionist was friendly, knew what he was talking about, attenuative and a genuine guy. The size of the room is actually really good for the money, the room was clean as was the bathroom. Can't knock it really for the price.
The hotel is currently being refurbished and they have done a great job of downstairs. The bedrooms are next so don’t expect luxury but they are clean and tidy. The staff are great and the new owner Keeley was so nice, friendly and helpful. The food here is brilliant.
Location is perfect for central Annan. A beautifully kept building and gorgeous room with a 4 poster bed and the most luxurious duvet. Best nights sleep we’ve had in years. Lovely staff who even let us have our takeaway in the breakfast room one evening. Lovely garden at the back when it’s sunny. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment as the nightly price is very reasonable anyway. WiFi is very fast too. Fantastic value for money
