Nicely appointed house with garden. Very comfortable bed with lovely bed linen. Excellent shower with really good water pressure. The kitchen cum dining room is good and coffee, chocolate and bread were very welcome. Great book collection.

Location next to village centre, nicely appointed room, good bathroom, breakfast as well. Parking for guests - free. Tea/coffee making equipment. Food at hotel restaurant excellent.
Location is close to village and Cuckmere Pilgrims Path with customer parking. Sensitive contemporary decor throughout with lovely touches of luxury eg free newspapers and open fire in lounge; coffee machine in rooms, macaroons in room. Inclusive breakfast was good choice of cooked options. staff were all charming.
