I liked the rooms, the amenities and appliances and also the view from the villa. There is also a Spar supermarket a 2 min drive or 10 min walk away. There is also a bakery just at the top of the road too,

Extremely well equipped apartment next to the house of the owners. You can really find all the essentials, including tabs for dishwasher and washing machine (which to our experience is not common). Very comfortable bed! The best part: the pool (although not heated and rather cold end of September but in summer a big plus) and the whirlpool.
Very friendly and helpful hosts that respect your privacy.

We had an amazing week at Lena’s villa! The setup was perfect for our group of three families, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. We stayed over Christmas, and the house provided everything we needed to make it a memorable holiday.
The villa is located in the mountains, which adds to its charm but also means you’ll need a car to get there. That said, Uber is a great alternative and worked seamlessly for trips to Nice town center, costing around €20 for four people—a very reasonable price.
The house itself has a unique charm. While it is a bit old and some of the furniture is dated, it feels more like staying at a friend’s warm, welcoming home than at a boutique hotel. This gave it a lovely, personal touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, making cooking and baking a breeze, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, and the views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking. There were plenty of cozy spots to relax and take in the scenery.
One of the highlights was the electric BBQ—it worked perfectly and made our outdoor meals so enjoyable. The sitting areas, both indoors and outdoors, were very comfortable and inviting.
Lastly, Lena’s responsiveness was exceptional. She quickly answered all of our questions, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, this villa was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The price-to-benefit ratio was spot on, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

The property is in a superb location, in the heart of St Paul De Vence. It is beautiful.
Situated 1.5 km from Plage de la Batterie, 13 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium and 15 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral, Villa Azurella offers accommodation located in Villeneuve-Loubet.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
We had a lovely stay in a very authentic house. The play area in the garden was very useful to occupy our five year old daughter.
There is a short walk to the village or the beach. All in all it is a charming location to stay.
very quiet peaceful place which was a welcome change after a few noisy days in the center of Nice. we used the pool in the hotel and walked around the beautiful little port. Villa Ephruzzi de Rothschild is a short walk away. Breakfast was lovely and the friendly staff were super, and very attentive, other guests also very pleasant.
A beautiful property facing the sea, and the feeling of staying in such a house with an authentic soul. definitely recomend a room with a Seaview
t is as advertised nothing very fancy, a 3 star hotel. the view was magnificent, and only a 4 min walk from the village.
Adequate buffet breakfast. Decent rooms. As long as you are aware that it is a holiday village where you walk over to the main reception area for meals and the parking can be quite a distance from your actual room. Might not suit those with poor mobility. Excellent location for coastal walks and 10 min walk to public transport.
It was a shame that there were a few niggles, but overall the flat was clean, comfortable and perfectly situated close to the centre of the village but still managed to be quiet, and the underground carpark was a godsend as we arrived in a downpour
location is excellent, Villa is new and very clean, it is comfortable, each of 3 bedrooms has enough closets, bathroom in master suite is spacious and well decorated, kitchen has all you need for cooking and serving, grill is simple to use, correct approach from host about some complains we had, I find the price correct value for money
It is a nice hotel in a luxurious location with great views and steps from the beach. A gem! parking on a site, spacious room, hotel grounds are nice and green. Our dog enjoyed it too.
What an amazing experience! Drinking champagne on a yacht in st-jean-cap-ferrat was definitely a "pinch me" moment. Sleeping in our little cabin with rain pouring above us was incredible. Alan took great care of us and communicated with us before and throughout our stay. Make sure to book a boat trip to near villages / Monaco with Alan - it was a thrilling experience :) Great value and highly recommended.
