This was a fabulous place! The host was super friendly and helpful - and communicates immediately - mainly through the Booking.com messaging system - but by SMS as well. The host has thought of absolutely everything. Every time we wondered: "Is there a...." - there it was! About the air conditioning. It was very hot when we were there. We closed the shutters during the day and it was cool - and then it was very cool at night. We come from a place where we live in air conditioning - so we were worried. No need to worry - we were very comfortable! It is hands down the best vacation place we have ever stayed in. And the pool is absolutely fabulous - it is larger than we expected. And the yard area is beautiful. When you sit by the pool, you look over the valley. And there is an even more spectacular view from the upstairs balcony. The whole place is very private. Literally a 5 minute walk to the town of Roussillon. We REALLY want to return!

This is not a “glitzy” Provençal hotel. It is a collection of small rooms run by the hosts, who are extremely attentive, yet discreet. You can expect an excellent, simple breakfast of juice, coffee, bread, jams, and croissants. You can expect to relax in quiet. Each room has a private terrace with seating and the pool is excellent with plenty of seating and shade to relax. Beds are extremely comfortable and with the AC, I had my best three nights of rest in an entire month and a half of traveling though France. I highly recommend this location. You will need a car.

Great location close to the lovely village of Rousilion. Quiet location with shared pool. Lovely to have our own house with patio, sun loungers and BBQ. Towels + pool towels provided. Air conditioning made it nice and cool during the heatwave. Philippe the owner is very friendly and everything was perfect on our arrival. Great to be able to walk to the village through the Ochre walk which is spectacular.

A complete big apoartment with free parking in a gated location, a little away from the village (1 km) so it was wonderfully silent, perfect for me. The host was very attentive and caring, she was making sure I get everything I want. Even a few little drinks in the fridge - it was perfect.

We loved the location! Right in the center of town, yet very quiet. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and our own private balcony.
The breakfast provided was delicious and so fun to eat on the balcony overlooking Roussillon and the valley.
Marjolène was very helpful, taking time to tell us about neighboring villages and helping to arrange taxis for us.
Margaux, who helped out was also very kind and pleasant.
We loved our stay and hope to go back one day!

Small village with traditional feeling.
Nice hiking tracks, but poorly marked. Use alltracks, my recommendarion.
We do not speak french, and had fun trying to communicate.
Marjolène was a wonderful host, she made us a lovely breakfast each morning and gave some great recommendations of local villages and sights to visit. The location of Une Hirondelle is perfect, right in the centre of Roussillon with the restaurants all nearby and its an easy drive from there to visit many places across beautiful Provence!
Very tranquil area of Roussillon. Nice to take walks around the village from the apartment. The apartment is within a secure gated residence of 21 apartments and the proprietor, Maryanne, was there to greet me and show me how all the equipment works. The facilities are super clean and you can comfortably base yourself here for an extended period. All villages are within the 1-1.5 hours drive across a beautiful landscape. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.
