Absolutely beautiful accommodations with a lovely kitchen! Nice, quiet place with very modern interior. The host was very helpful! Especially as we arrived at night and it was hard to find. GPS led us to a sign, but it wasn't clear we needed to turn right at the sign to enter the driveway.

The host, Mr. REMIGY, was very friendly and polite. We were assigned to the "Air" room. The room had everything we needed to be comfortable. We prefer a firmer bed, however, so the bed was a little soft for us, but we only stayed one night, so it was fine. Our room had a bed for two, a sofa, tv, cute lighting system, a wardrobe, and the bathroom had double sinks and a tub. The room faced the back of the building, so it was very quiet, and peaceful.
Just one thing to note: the building has a few stairs to enter, and the bedrooms are on the second floor (which has a spiral staircase).
The common/reception area is very comfortable and warm. There is even a cute outdoor terrace with seats, which would be lovely in warmer seasons.
Mr. Remigy recommended the Italian restaurant down the road for dinner (La Bella Vita), which was excellent! The mussels were super tasty, and the restaurant was in walking distance, about 10-15 minutes.

Our second visit to Pont a Mousson, - unprepossessing, unpretentious frontage and locked doors in the afternnon.
When at 16.30 we were invited into the now open car park - a beautiful country manor - a gem, hidden in the back streets.
Staff were charming, helpful and friendly. The mansion magnificent. The bedroom 'oldy worldy' with a 16 inch (400mm) tree beam across the ceiling. Bed very comfortable, clean ++ .
Happy ++- we will return and spend more time studying the history of this lovely hostelry.
The building is amazing. 18th century with generous proportions. The hotel is located in one wing of the abbey. Other parts are used for community purposes. Our room was quite small but very neat. It was quiet- the perfect retreat.
Don’t be fooled by the look of the hotel from the street! Inside the gates there are gardens and a lovely mansion with a warm welcome. The room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good. There is a nice restaurant across the road for dinner. The wifi worked, although the login is a bit cumbersome.
