The outdoor patio with table, chairs and parasol we used for breakfast and dinner. We had the rather big pool for ourselves the whole time. Kitchen was equipped with good pans and lots of appliances, There are a lot of old chateaus / ruins around Valff - Spesburg, Hoh-Andlau, Burg Dreistein, Rathsamhausen - and the hikes around Mt.St. Odile are great: Circuit Nord de Mur Païen du Mont Sainte-Odile (see picture). Hyper-U near Valff had a very great selection of wine & cheese & vegetables. Of course in Obernai and Barr there are also lots of good small shops.

What is not to like. The houses were according to the description and photo's on the booking site and in line with the excellent reviews the property received by various guests. We could accomodate one extra bed for a child which was all organised according to agreement with the host. Correspondence with hosts were really good and quick. Spa facilities were really good. We stayed there with a group of friends to visit Europapark which is just over 30 minutes drive from the accomodation.

The appartement is exceptional and defenetlly exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, very clean, comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything one could think of. Including good-quality tableware that is rather rare in such guest houses. Jean (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The appartement is located in a nice and quiet village and is close to tourist attaractions of the beautuful Alsace region.
We really enjoyed our stay in Résidence la Pyramide and hope to return there the future.

We loved the property and the host was very helpful showing us how everything worked and left us a bottle of local apple juice. A very pleasant short walk into the village through garden allotments. Everything was lovely and clean. They also have a weekly market for food clothes and anything else you might need that was very big and great. Lots of restaurants and wine bars.
Fantastically good breakfast. Very comfy bed. Attitude of the staff, the young man who helped us with the parking difficulty in particular. Luxury fittings.
Nicolas and his wife were very friendly and accomodating hosts. We were helped with all questions about possible activities, christmas market etc. The room was very nice and modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The villa is very close to the center of Obernai and having breakfast with other guests was really a pleasure to us.
