    Great location with a view of the sea from our room, a short walk up to a boulangerie & small marche and a short walk down to the beach. As the “little sister” to Le Bailli du Suffren you also get cheaper rates for beds down at the beach (albeit there is a public beach there too). Bed was comfortable, room was a good size & the pool was nice for a dip / to lay by. Parking is relatively easy & the rooms were nice enough (not luxury but all appear to have a great outdoor space).

    Nice view from the terrace, a good base for traveling by car. If someone is going to spend time in this village, there is not much to do. The beach is quite small, but we were there at the beginning of the season and it was very empty.

    Stunning property, excellent views. Perfect location. Nothing to complain about. Luxurious rooms. Very neat and tidy inside and out. Clean pool. Extremely friendly staff. Had a very warm welcome. Delicious breakfast. Loved the bar next to the pool. All In all , tops!

    The house is in the middle of small-town , classic Rayol, with short steps to the beach and store+ boulangerie. As such the house was not luxurious but well working, renovated to good standard with a fair , south-facing , sea view. Contrary to certain french rental culture it would have been nice to have had linen and basic kitchen stuff like salt , sugar and coffee , included.

    Villa Douce has the most beautiful location with grand view over the coast. The breakfast is overwhelming and we could easily save lunch. At four o'clock you could get a cup of coffee or tea with some cake at the terrace.
