Very friendly welcome in a wonderful location very close to sandy beach, Jardin de la Pinède and Juan Les Pins centre in a traditional Belle-Epoch villa. Good fridge and kitchen facilities for snacking & refreshments.

I loved the hotel and its setting. It was a glorious retreat after a day on the beach or an evening in town. Basic but excellent. Would love to visit again. Philippe and his wife were most hospitable and helpful.
Great location within 100metres of beaches and near Juan les Pins centre and train station. Very spacious flat in 5th floor but with a lift. Basic amenities but very clean. Not luxury but excellent value for money. Host’s representative attended and let us in early and briefed us on the apartment. Very friendly.
Location excellent. Super equipped luxury appartment, wonderful terrace surrounds the property..,sunbeds, BBQ and alfresca dining..light and spacious ,that includes all one would want in a fantastic accommodation. The house had lots of charm typical old French villa located near the Pinede and bus route.The appartment was well equipped a very comfortable bed and had a bath which was a bonus.
Just across from the lovely sandy beach with great beachfront cafes and restaurants right on the sand:) Really liked that the original features were kept.
We loved everything about Hotel La Villa Cap d’Antibes! We enjoyed the very comfortable and clean rooms with views, the charming common areas, the delicious breakfasts, the gorgeous pool area with excellent service, and the location in the town. Our stay was a definite highlight of our amazing trip and we’d love to return. Highly recommended.
