We loved this location as it was far enough away from the Busyness of Annecy but was easily accessible by a free shuttle every 20min.. Just fabulous! A supermarket nearby with and bakery a short walking distance and restaurants close on the waterfront . Swimming in the lake also possible from various beaches nearby.
Bike rental 5 min walk away was a bonus!
The apartment itself was great and had everything you would want for a wonderful stay. The balcony was really appreciated and used everyday .
Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location with beautiful mountain views, peaceful and quiet, lakeside. Pleasant gardens. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities. Fantastic local boulangerie. Good bus service from Annecy. Walks from the village and near cycle route.
Difficult to have a better view... Right on the lake 1 meter away (the road is behind the building), and superb mountains on the other shore. You walk 3 minutes behind the parking and reach the charming village of Duingt with a bakery, small grocery shop and bicycle rental. Appartement is very well furnished and beds are good. Soundproof is quite good but earplugs are still advisable against the noise of the road. The agency is super helpful and we'll organized.
Everything, from the room, the public area, garden and paddle board! We enjoy our stay very well.
There is also a nice night market in the small town close to the villa, it was nice to walk around a bit.
the apartment is spacious and clean. the bedding and the beds are extremely comfortable. the internet was reliable. the village amenities and sites are all within walking distance.

Location is perfect !!!. Private access to Annecy lake and amazing mountain view are excellent. Village Duingt is very quiet and has the best bakery in the World - 200 m from this place. I was my first visit, but I'll back :-)
Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the apartment. Convenient access for swimming. A comfortable stay for a young family of 4. Apartment has everything you would need. Small grocery walking distance in nearby village. Secure parking. Host was very helpful and friendly.
