Very good host communication, good location close to everything within walking distance, big plus was a small private parking place what is very important in Corte. :) Also, accomodation is quite big,you practically have a room, living room + kitchen and a bathroom.
Don't expect a luxurious hotel with breakfast options, it is more like airbnb style of a private accomodation with a full kitchen and privacy, what was a nice change for us and it fits to Corte :)
location next to the river and close to the old village. There was fresh orange juice and good self-made cappuccino at breakfast. rest of breakfast was very average.
