This is a very clean, spacious and beautiful apartment with well curated furniture and decor. We got upgraded to a top floor, although the other room on the second floor was nice also. Some days it rained but we didn’t mind just relaxing at this place.
We had everything needed for a week stay. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and a washer and a dryer on the basement was helpful for a long stay.
Amanda is such a great host!! She was very nice and welcoming, quick to respond and also has a great knowledge of the area. Her recommendations were spot on.
The location is close to the town for shopping and dining and the station for Mer de Glace train is less than 5 minuets walk.
We would love to come back one day and highly recommend the apartment.

Great location. Close to the center, bus and train station, market, etc, but also quite. Very friendly owners. I booted a bed for 2 nights in a dormitory. It was so nice and easy. The place was very clear, the kitchen and the rest of the facilities were very convenient, it was quiet at night, with a great yard to have a meal or to rest enjoying the view. I was happy that this place exists in chamonix, where everything is expensive and luxurious.
Fantastic cottage type feel accommodation in ski resort style villas. Fantastic location being a 2 minute walk to Planpraz cable car and 5 mins down the hill to the centre of Chamonix. Had everything we wanted and magnificent view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Free parking right out front in secure car park.
Beautiful apartment - the combination of old beams and wooden furniture with an ultra-modern bathroom and kitchen made for a very luxurious stay. It's hard to get much closer to the action, but since it is so high up noise wasn't really much of an issue. Wonderful hosts, beautiful views, all the facilities exactly as described...it really doesn't much better!
We liked the pool which was luxurious with an outside hot tub and sauna and steam room.
The breakfast had a nice variety of local produce and included fruit, jams, vegetables and fresh baked goods.
Great place for our arrival night to Chamonix to sleep before we start the TMB track. A bit outside the center of Chamonix (stores and restaurants) but right above the bus station which is useful also to get the ride and start the track in the nearby village
The apartment is very cozy, spacious and modern groundfloor apartment. Two bathrooms and three AppleTVs for our four people group was quite luxurious. There are electronic blinds in every window so you can sleep in total darkness which we enjoyed. The location is excellent in Le Praz village in the centre of the valley and near Flegere lifts.
