Very neat and clean- but it is described as a luxury appartment. Definitely not luxorious- small , cramped for two people. Well- equipped, bathroom clean but very small. Bed was lovely. Surrounded by fake grass - and people sit there and smoke, which all came into our room. Too hot to close window. A fan is necessary - we struggled to sleep because of heat.
Quiet surroundings but parking a problem.
This was a central villa with a great ambience, a great balance of old and modern. Breakfasts were great, especially the home made yogurt and jam. Just a wee gem in the middle of the town , within walking distance of everything.
Convenient and reasonably good value. No staff there when we arrived (on a Sunday) but key was accessible and staff were friendly and helpful on the Monday morning. A good stopping off point with quick access to the ferry. Not luxurious but we got what we paid for. 🙂
A beautiful art deco villa walking distance from the historical center of Caen. The bedroom is comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a sink, as well as a small private toilet in the corridor. The breakfasts were delicious and served by a wonderful and helpful host. We had a great time!
Very good location if you want to visit Caen museum. Only 15 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive. Staff was nice, rooms quiet. Not luxury but what you expect for a very cheap price? So very good value for money. I will highly recommend if you just want to quickly and comfortably sleep near the Caen memorial.
