The location was excellent. There was a little issue with the hot water but it was quickly resolved by the host. The space was really decent and I was able to concentrate with my work. The facilities were excellent and you could easily see that the management were intentional about making guests comfortable

Everything was fantastic! Accommodation guide, welcome card, soft towels, bathroom and kitchen equipment, quality bedding, absolute firmness of the mattress, which I like. Air conditioning, internet, quality coffee, dark chocolate, tea, marble, luxury, in the heart of city, the possibility of memories with a camera, games on TV, fitness. A decoration and furnishing of the apartment. The accommodation was more than a five - star hotel. I loved it and will come again. Thank you Bob!
Location was pretty much perfect. The room was modern and was very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. The handsoap, shampoo, and body lotion were from rituals and were really nice.
Historically interesting building renovated as a stunning hotel. Good food at the hotel restaurants and breakfast options. Standard room fit two adults travelling with a toddler very well and the room felt luxurious and had nice views. Extra bed for the toddler was easy to get and also service for her in the restaurant was very good.
Location. The villas we rented were quite comfy and easy to access. Close to city so driving/walking everywhere was quite easy. Spa services and swimming pools were great!
Everything, fantastic apartment, very well equipped and a delight to stay, luxury definitely. The whole family enjoyed it. Back in in a couple of days for business.
excellent location, quiet area but only 15 minue walk from downtown and the river area. surprising how the former prison building was transformed into a luxury hotel preserving the prison atmosphere. Nice winebar. very friendly and professional staff.
