I never usually give reviews oh hotels but this one was simply amazing. Luxurious room at exceptionally reasonable rate. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to please visitors. Varied and well prepared breakfast. Perfect location - just a fifteen minute walk from the main train station. Definitely be staying here again when I return to this beautiful city.
We have travelled a lot so far and stayed in several accommodations, but i can say that this home has by far been the most fantastic i have ever booked! Firstly, Kirsi was super helpful and really kind. Secondly, the flat is located in a super, central area. Thirdly, it is so well equipped and furnished that we could find literally everything we could have needed. It was beautiful, luxurious, comfy, cosy, it felt like home to us. We are sure to return!
Breakfast was excellent. It is served until 1 pm on Sundays. The rooms were clean. Our rooms were "Misty Comfort" and my nephews thought that their room was luxury. You can take the elevator to Arena without going out. The hotel personell were nice and helpful
Location was terrific. Just out of the busy town itself but in its own village. Room was very spacious and clean. Had washing machine and coffee plunger. I didn’t realize we had to BYO coffee or clothes detergent but staff led me next door to a small supermarket. Restaurant next door to Unity, The Mad Finn was brilliant as recommended by Unity staff and the breakfast was good also.
The location is excellent, in a beautiful house. Inside is a luxurious elevator. 2nd floor. nice view from the windows. Tram stop number 3 is nearby. a lot of household chemicals to use. Teapot and tea bags. It would be nice to leave a pack of the simplest cookies for 1 euro for tea - this increased the perception of care from tired customers. So nice to drink tea after the road. and then go to the grocery store. Well done a lot of dishes - just gorgeous.
Heidi is helpful and it's easy to reach her. We had a question with Parking and she was willing to call for Moovy's customer service for us. Room is spacious and felt luxury. Beds are super comfortable with many (many) pillows. There were roses and champagne on the house :)!
Very luxurious hotel with a connection to the Tampere Hall. This was amazing since we went to a concert of the magnificent Finnish soprano Tarja Turunen in the evening.
Modern design and it was easy to find everything. Small details made the stay feel more luxurious and the staff was the friendliest I've seen in probably any hotel in Tampere!
