It is an amazing property. There is EVERYTHING you need in the house. It's a three-storey house furnished elegantly with several rooms and has so many beautiful details. I have never stayed such an authentic house exquisitely decorated. It's a house full of memories and like a museum more than a house. Although it's so big and outside was very cold, inside of house was warm well. We entered the new year (2025) in this house and had wonderful memories with our son. With my whole heart, thank you for everyhing.

The location is excellent, however when you book the skylight villa i feel you should be able to park behind hostel as you come down the main driveway especially in winter when you have the snow and walk to contend with. The room is extremely warm and comfortable. I loved Kemi and would definitely come back.

Confortable villas, with nice class roof and walls. Well-equipped kitchen, you can cook by yourself in the villa. Rich breakfast with a panoramic view on the sea.
the concept of glass roofed villa is very nice. we were 2adults and two kids. there is small sauna in the cabin, so kids really enjoyed it :) i'd say it is great for one night experience, as in general the "villa" is quite small and for family you would need more space. also I would reccomend to stay in the waterfront villa, but bigger, family villas are only in the third row.
the location in the city is also quite good - 15min walk to the very center.
Beautiful view of the frozen shore. The villas were warm, cozy, romantic and very clean. Also the reception people were nice and let us check in early. The restaurant attached is also exceptional.
