Under Samuel’s guidance, we had an incredible cultural and culinary experience. The location isn’t too far from the airport, with a taxi ride costing around 25-27 euros. While the cave house feels secluded, it’s still well-connected by public transport. The nearest bus stop is about a 1 km hike away, and we found buses to be a reliable way to explore most places, offering great service and stunning views. However, since buses run at long intervals, planning around the schedule is essential. Some of the island’s most exotic locations are only accessible by car, but that’s part of its charm—an island full of mysteries and natural beauty waiting to be discovered.

The house is super nice, with a tiny terrace perfect to start the day having breakfast in the sunshine! Away from the crowded parts of the island (but also from the coast), one would kind of need a car; without is doable, but one should plan around bus schedule+walk a bit. Maria is a very caring host! It's perfect for a holiday not 100% beach-centered, e.g., one day beach, one day hike, one day village tour, rinse and repeat.

At first host messed up my instructions to get into the right villa but by the end he was very helpful and arranged for taxi for my group to be dropped to the airport.

The house is cozy and well-furnished. The host is very friendly and caring, and made us feel at home. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the beautiful nature, with several scenic trails (SL1, SL3 and SL4) starting nearby. The house has a rooftop terrace where we could relax, enjoy the views, and grill the food. The El Rincon village is very peaceful with the scenic views of the nearby mountains.

Property was some away from the big tourist centers on the shore of the island, but still only 15 min driving away. We liked the uphill location of the villa. More green in the landscape, close to places to start walking or cycling in the mountans.
The house has a very nice terrein with trees and real grass in a private village with video surveillance. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were extensively used and kids played in the garden a lot. There is grill and some rackets to play on the village tennis field. The house is beautiful and well thought through. The staff was very responsive and all the problems we discussed were solved. In general very positive experience.
Exceptional stay, we loved it. The chalet is surrounded by mountains and they are spiritual and free. The private pool amazing. Alexis (host/caretaker) is also lovely.
