The apartment was wonderful. Located in a lovely quiet village. Hosts were very helpful friendly and accommodating.

An added bonus was attending the free bbq and music event as the village had a fiesta going on for the weekend. All locals were really friendly.
breakfast is served in a gorgeous courtyard at the back of hotel where a copious buffet is available. Staff are prompt, friendly and hotel is very quietly despite being right in the center of the village (the whole village is pedestrian and made of cobbled street - just glorious. parking is very near and 4 euros for 24h. Entering the hotel is like setting foot in a 16th century mansion, just beautiful
What we liked the most was the attention given by Alfredo, he is very kind and gave us a lot of recommendations, another thing we loved was the
silence of the place, perfect to make a getaway with a car and see the surrounding villages!
Location is fabulous, 5 minutes walk to the tourist office and another 5 beyond that to the Church at the other end of the village. Room was spacious, shower cubicle small but adequate, shower water pressure very good and hot. Javier on reception was kind, helpful and efficient.
Staff so friendly and the hotel offers a real ‘wow-factor’ - it’s literally stepping back into a 15 century nobleman’s home.
Santillana is a lovely medieval village and the hotel is right in the centre. The hotel offers parking for around 10 cars which is quite cramped and charge 11 euros a day - there’s also public parking 200 metres away.
Breakfast was nice - not loads of space so you reserve your time slot in advance.
Location, location, location! Car park excellent and convenient. Clean, comfortable. 3 minutes away from centre of village with large number of good restaurants available. Stunning medieval village
Very beautiful hotel in an old mansion in the middle of the village . The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only criticism is that the breakfasts did not really match up to everything else.
Nothing. Inside was like a dark cave. Outside resembled a Scout Hut. Deceiving photos on website. The 2 modern villas which dominated the photos were occupied. We did not get what was advertised and left within the hour losing all our money. Over 600 euros. Disgraceful. Girl even asked for 10 euros for the heat to the hottub. No doubt a little earner for her. She didn't return it. No partial refund offered. Be careful when booking this place.
Beautiful historic house in a beautiful historic village. Room very characterful with balcony overlooking the courtyard. Super comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom. Easy parking in centre of village.
