The charming Casita is located in the quiet authentic uphill old town neighbourhood. Everything is reachable on foot: the Central Market (7 min), Postiguet beach (12 min), tram station (5 min), grocery shop (5min). It only takes 20 minutes to reach San Juan beach by tram, which we personally preferred, as it's more extensive and not so crowded. The Casita has many nice design elements and also everything you need for a cosy homestay. In mid-July we appreciated the beach parasol, the bedroom AC and the large fan for the kitchen while you cook and dine. The views from the rooftop terrace, bedroom and reading room are really majestic.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the location is great and near the tram, it's beautiful around the university, with a lot of biodiversity, and it's fun to stay in a university villa overall.

Great location 10 minutes by car from the airport 10 mins by car from alicante centre very private villa with a large pool everything about it was perfect Jean Pierre went above and beyond to provide anything we needed even personally dropping us at the airport on the way home when our transfer cancelled last minute we had a great time came back fully relaxed was exactly what we were needing would highly recommend.
