Everything from the moment we arrived was perfection! The hosts Hector and Victor couldn't have been more welcoming. Stayed as a group of 8 and the villa was so spacious and beautiful inside and out. Possibly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Secure parking for a number of motorcycles and communication was brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Villa Mercedes any more highly and hope to visit again soon!

We were upgraded (we think!) to a balcony room which was very luxurious... A member of staff parked our car in the garage and bought our suitcase to the room!!
what an amazing hotel - from the moment you arrived you felt like old family friends staying at a very luxurious private home. It was understated luxury. service was discreet, bed and linen were divine, breakfast delicious, cannot fault it. oh and Salamanca is pretty gorgeous too!
