Lovely place, very clean. All the communal areas are well very clean too although quite a few sun loungers were a bit broken. We were left a welcome pack on arrival of wine, crisps, water, jams etc which was really nice and unexpected. Spa supermarket and few restaurants in walking distance (though very steep hill). Had everything we needed for a quite week in winter sun.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is located within walking distance to HW. We hired a car and we were always able to get parked, there is bus routes near by and there is a Spar just round the corner too. We had a little difficulty finding the exact location as the directions given by our host didn't seem to come up on our maps. We dropped a pin to as close as we thought it would be and figured the rest out which was fine. The key to the main complex is within a locked box which was explained by Fernando over Whatsapp ahead of time. The apartment is pretty close to the pool and as most of the other apartments are residents, it's fairly quiet and never an issue to get a lounger.
The apartment itself was very clean and a great size for a party of two. There is a sofa bed so you could sleep 4 but it would be pretty tight. Just a heads up for anyone booking this based on the name 'Bungalow' which would usually mean no stairs (in the UK at least) - the bedroom and shower etc are up stairs, this wasn't any issue for us but just a head up. We did run out of hot water for the shower on the first night however this wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay so didn't mention it. Fernando checked in with us a few times which was good as if there was any issues we could let me know.
Also.. we made the mistake of doing a food shop on the way to the apartment only to find out there is no grill/oven so we had to bin our frozen food. There is a toaster, microwave and two electric hobs for cooking. The kitchen could do with a couple of more utensils and maybe condiments like salt and pepper. There is a couple of high chairs for the breakfast bar and seating outside too, with an awning which was nice. It would've been handy to have a table in front of the sofa for chilling at night.
Overall we had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again! Fernando very generously let us check out later too due to a late flight!

Great hotel! I would definitely recommend it. It was a big place, but the way the villas were located, made it seem more intimate and gave it a 'village vibe'. Lots of sunbeds and great pools. Could've wanted a bit more from the kiddy pool. We used our kitchen every day and loved it. Lot's of grocery shopping in the area, so I would definitely choose that over all inclusive. Great balcony with a view over the ocean.
Hotel is amazing, I can recommend the villa with a private pool and hottub.
Food is amazing. Staff are very attentive and remember your preferred coffee orders as you walk in for breakfast.

Very cosy and spacious villas, friendly staff, tasty food, plenty of choice for food and drinks in all inclusive and great variety, rooms kept clean and fresh every day, very comfortable beds (medium soft), welcome drink in the room and good bye chocolates left in the room by staff. Very attentive. Overall great!
Excellent place for a family break - such great value for money. Villas are very comfortable, beds and bedding great, well provisioned kitchen. Pools are fab. Food is good, lots of choice at buffets with different themed nights. Live music some evenings too!
Great value for money. Aircon was an essential and worked amazingly, even in 33c. Reception staff incredibly friendly, some restaurant staff less so but there were also stars amongst them. (In their defence they were kept incredibly busy). Food was good and a reasonable variety too including excellent sushi on one night too. Villas were exceptionally clean and pool was great. We were able to continue to use all of the facilities after check out and leave our luggage at reception.
A beautiful small number of villas. Games room was fantastic and my girls loved spending time playing pool.
