The vila has exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful place! It feels even better in real than how beautiful it is in the pictures.
Everything we could even imagine was there. Towels, kitchen gadgets, shower gel...like everything! We felt like at a perfect home.
The location was great too. Anything in a comfortable driving distance and short walk from the villa a charming little natural beach and a beautiful evening walk with views.
The energy of the house is simply beautiful and I couldn't get enough of the calming views of the forest in distance above the pool.
The owner Catina communicated perfectly and was a kind warm lady.

Gorgeous location, we already knew Calvia, it was the perfect base for travelling around the rest of the island, only 20 mins from airport and only 10 mins from motorway but is away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Calvia is a beautiful village (although technically a town) full of traditional charm. Hermanas Femenias was a cracking little place, nicely furnished, very comfortable, spectacular views and very clean. All the usual comforts you would expect. The perfect hideaway!

Sonia at reception made this stay absolutely fantastic. She was so accommodating to the fact that I was pregnant and assisted us in moving rooms and giving us a late checkout when our flight got delayed. She made the whole stay at the hotel worth while. Will be back because of this exceptional customer service. The swim up room was top class with our own (basically) private pool, the room was so comfortable and spacious.
The property was beautiful, we loved the resort style and the pool facilities were great. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also quite close to the beachfront and walking distance from nice restaurants and bars
Just perfect.. pictures exactly as you see except there there now a shade roof over the eating area by the pool which was very well received. We stayed in August ‘23 with 2 families of 8 and the kids loved it. Very quiet in the evening despite being close to the nightlife and behind the apartments belonging to the same operation. Air conditioning perfect and such a relief after walking up the hill to the villa!

The hotel itself is a wonderful building. All rooms have a view to the sea, with a balcony, bathroom in my room was recently renovated. The common areas are really luxurious, including the restaurant and pool area. The access to the beach is a big plus. Breakfast and Dinner are very good with plenty of options. Dinner menu changes daily.
The staff are incredibly attentive and polite. The 3 pools are lovely and you’re right on the beachfront. The view from room 1014 was amazing. The Level is worth the upgrade as you have a private pool area, free beachside loungers and free wine and cheese every evening.
