Fantastic traditional rustic house with all the character and quirks that go with that, yet had all the facilities of a 'modern' property (wifi, fully kitted kitchen, etc.) . Great central location in Lanjaron, convenient for shops, restaurants and bars. If you enjoy exploring small traditional Alpujarra style villages, or just want to walk/climb/bike in the Sierra Nevada mountains then this would be hard to beat.
This is a beautiful, traditional house where staying is an opportunity to have an authentic experience of what it is like to live in a small Spanish village square, decorated with lot of flowers. Close to the center and shops, but quiet at nights.
The hostess, Mary, is very friendly and will do all she can to help.
Very large and comfortable apartment with the possibility to eat inside or outside. 2min away on from the main village + access to great hikes in the region. 2-3 pretty villages can be accessed in 30min by car. PS: we were welcomed by the owner (which tends to be an exceptional thing).
Great location with direct access to the spa via the hotel in your wardrobe that the hotel provides! Lovely hiking routes around the villages. Restaurants and bars closeby. Dogs allowed for a surcharge.
Very nice hotel with an outdoor pool and garden area. Our room was small and had a tiny balcony but I think if you pay a bit more you can get a bigger room and balcony. Lovely breakfast which you can eat outside in the garden area. Good location in the centre of the village and a few minutes walk from the bus stop.
A lovely clean spacious room, nice sunny balcony with a good view over the Moorish castle ruins and the valley. Staff were also lovely. Hotel was quiet ( village had just had it's annual 'ham and water festival/fiesta - finished the night before I arrived).
Where do I start?? The property was so much fun! Lots to do for my toddler she absolutely loved the trampoline and swimming pool and just exploring the property as did we. We loved the private roof area just for adults so we could sit and have a drink at night (while my parents watched the kids!). Lena the owner was incredible so friendly and helpful. She made the holiday honestly and we can't wait to go back. Villa was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable holiday!
