Location was tucked away but only 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Despite what other reviews said, we didn't feel the walk was hazardous. Although there was no pavement some of the way, the road was wife enough and the 40kph speed limit meant you could could cross relatively easily.

Lovely place, very clean. All the communal areas are well very clean too although quite a few sun loungers were a bit broken. We were left a welcome pack on arrival of wine, crisps, water, jams etc which was really nice and unexpected. Spa supermarket and few restaurants in walking distance (though very steep hill). Had everything we needed for a quite week in winter sun.

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is located within walking distance to HW. We hired a car and we were always able to get parked, there is bus routes near by and there is a Spar just round the corner too. We had a little difficulty finding the exact location as the directions given by our host didn't seem to come up on our maps. We dropped a pin to as close as we thought it would be and figured the rest out which was fine. The key to the main complex is within a locked box which was explained by Fernando over Whatsapp ahead of time. The apartment is pretty close to the pool and as most of the other apartments are residents, it's fairly quiet and never an issue to get a lounger.
The apartment itself was very clean and a great size for a party of two. There is a sofa bed so you could sleep 4 but it would be pretty tight. Just a heads up for anyone booking this based on the name 'Bungalow' which would usually mean no stairs (in the UK at least) - the bedroom and shower etc are up stairs, this wasn't any issue for us but just a head up. We did run out of hot water for the shower on the first night however this wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay so didn't mention it. Fernando checked in with us a few times which was good as if there was any issues we could let me know.
Also.. we made the mistake of doing a food shop on the way to the apartment only to find out there is no grill/oven so we had to bin our frozen food. There is a toaster, microwave and two electric hobs for cooking. The kitchen could do with a couple of more utensils and maybe condiments like salt and pepper. There is a couple of high chairs for the breakfast bar and seating outside too, with an awning which was nice. It would've been handy to have a table in front of the sofa for chilling at night.
Overall we had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again! Fernando very generously let us check out later too due to a late flight!

It was close to the conference I was planning to attend. Also the specious and greenery around the villas. Our villa was exactly near one of the pools so it was very convenient to go in and out easily. From the back of the hotel you can get to access the beach and shore easily!
The Hotel is very clean and luxurious. The Parc with huge Pools is very green with lots of plants. Lots of cats live there and the Lopesan group takes care of them (Vaccination and Other medical things, food ...). Although there are more than thousand people it is always quiet and relaxed. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet is huge and has a great choice.
The Rooms are big and comfy.
The Hotel is very close to the beautiful beach.
The villa was beautiful and very modern throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 people. Aurelio was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much!
Property’s facilities are just fascinating. The infinity pool is just great, the premises are very fancy and give sense of luxury. The territory is spacious, near by there is a bus stop so one can easily get around. The food provided by half-board is good quality, a lot of alternatives to choose from.
We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Rented two villas near to each other for a special family break both with the same management company. Excellent in every way. Well equipped at every well. Beds, kitchen equipment, TVs, bathrooms all newish; certainly both villas are being refreshed as necessary and provide a high standard of accommodation. Situated near to a v good beach with good restaurants. Excellent walk to Maspalomas.
The feeling of being looked after was was lovely! The rooms, pools, restaurants and general environs were all beautifully maintained and extremely clean. We don’t usually holiday in hotels as we tend to rent cottages, villas etc but this was a totally relaxing experience and has set the standard for future holidays.
