This is the perfect Villa for a group or family holiday. The location is excellent as you have easy access to the beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and the airport. The transfer only took around 10 to 15 minutes which was perfect with children.
A local stopped us to let us know about another beach area so if you turn left as you exit the villa there is a lovely, quieter beach with a cafe, toilets and a water sport hire company about 100m up the road.
We had a small issue on arrival which was sorted very quickly and efficiently by the owners which we really appreciated.
The pool is the highlight of the Villa and the adults and children all loved it. The air conditioning works brilliantly and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the villa so much we mainly ate there and ended up spending more time relaxing there than we originally planned.
We were travelling with three other families and already we are trying to work out when we could return again! It was the best holiday!

nothing. the staff are unhelpful, the property is dated and not sound proof. it is advertised for 6 people yet only provides 4 sunbeds, it advertises pool towels but provides none. we arrived at 8pm and were left with the wrong keys and it took two hours for them to provide the right ones whilst accusing us of lying about having the wrong keys, yet the cleaner turned up with the right ones 2 hours later, now 10pm. I completely understand these mistakes happen but being accused of lying isn’t the way to treat your paying customers

Very friendly and helpful host. The house is very spacious and well equiped. Perfect for bigger groups. Everybody has its own space. The area is quiet. Close to the shops, restaurants and bus station.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The rooftop pool and courtyard pool were excellent. The rooftop pool in particular felt very classy, clean and rather luxury. Wonderful views. Even at high season, it's certainly possible to get a sun lounger. The room was also very nice. Hotel located conveniently, 5-10 minute bus ride to the airport.

The location has a village feel, right at the beach. It is a mixture of locals who live in the area and small boutique hotels. Very safe area, lovely restaurants. My friend liked the hotel and area so much, she wants to return with her husband for a holiday.
Adults only. Good value for money. Beachfront located. Clean. Close to places to eat/drink, supermarkets, car/bike rentals. Decent breakfast included. Very close to the airport. If you come to Mallorca and you don't plant to rent a car this hotel is for you.

Early departure was not an issue as there is always someone at the reception ready to call a taxi for you. Perfectly convenient hotel for getting to the airport, but also nice village on the seaside with many nice restaurants around.
Excellent in every department. Very friendly, modern, bike friendly with large workshop facilities (tools) and storage. Right on beachfront, all staff v helpful, huge varied buffets.
